DELIVERY

Items are posted usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In all other cases you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. The 24 hour rule does not apply to Sundays and Bank Holidays, for obvious reasons. We always use Royal Mail 1st Class post, with the option of 1st Class Recorded Delivery also.

If your item fails to arrive then please notify us and we shall work with you to make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail does not class an item as missing until 15 working days has passed since posting.

For orders whose value exceeds the insurance rate offered by Royal Mail, Special Delivery shall be used instead.

Cheques - Please note your order will not be despatched until payment has cleared (usually between 5-7 days)
Postal Orders - We will accept both crossed and uncrossed Postal Orders.

RETURNS

Customer Service is very important to us and we want your shopping experience with us to be a happy one. For this reason we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee under certain circumstances only, due to the nature of items sold.

If an item is damaged or misdescribed then please contact us and we shall advise you further and issue you a returns form. Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for return postage costs and we would advise that you use a trackable service.
